I've been trying to use Bambuu all evening, but I keep getting the same error:

"There was a problem communicating with the server.

Please try again later."

I've tried it in both Google Chrome, and Firefox 3.5.3, both on Windows. Might just be a network issue, but since it's been going on all night and I'm not having any other issues, I thought I'd check.

Rackspace cloud had big problems tonight. We yet can't claim to be bug free at our end of course, but I guess we'll see if this crops up again and if not we'll call it their fault : )

Are they still having difficulties? I'm still getting the same error
message when I try to access the server.

No, if you're still having problems it's now our fault AFAIK : )

It could be your app has got into a bad state - try creating a new one.

Well, this seems to be a recurring issue. Not sure if it's a compatibility issue with Chrome or something else, but I started having the same issue tonight with my new app. Just a guess, but I had let the web page sit open all day and was having the issue when I started working on it again this evening, so it could be some sort of timeout issue. Deleting the app and restarting worked again, but that's not a very practical long-term solution. :-)

    Am investigating.

If you get this again can you not delete the app but give the the link to the dead app instead. I'll transfer it to my account for a post-mortem.

    Thanks
